Context · The challenge

Create distinctive event formats that could attract and retain an audience across established clubs and unconventional rural locations — while building the brand, partner model and production infrastructure from the ground up.

The approach
  1. 01Define each event concept and translate it into a recognisable identity, communication system and full marketing rollout.
  2. 02Build artist programmes ranging from emerging talent to international bookings such as Neonlight, aligned with each format and audience.
  3. 03Acquire and manage sponsor relationships, integrating partners into the experience without compromising the identity of the event.
  4. 04Own the complete production cycle — venue planning, suppliers, procurement, schedules, bar setup, on-site operations and execution.
Selected event work

From club stages to vineyards.

The visual record moves between high-capacity club nights and temporary, site-specific experiences — each produced as a coherent expression of the event brand.

The outcome

Two event brands became repeatable live experiences with audiences of up to 700 people.

The projects combined cultural relevance with operational ownership: independent identities, international artist programming, five beverage partners and events delivered across clubs, an event arena, vineyards and a historic courtyard.
